Serving With Purpose

Dear Beautiful Community,

When people think of customer service, they often picture a friendly smile, a kind hello, or a great cup of coffee. Those things are important, but to us, service goes deeper. Real service is about building connections and spreading kindness throughout our community.

During National Customer Service Week, we want to share what service means to us at Mothership. It shows up in small moments at our cafés—when we remember your name, share a laugh, or greet you with a real smile. It’s also in the care we put into every detail behind the scenes, making sure each cup of coffee is part of something bigger.

That’s where Sip With Purpose comes in. Every month, we offer a seasonal drink that not only tastes good, but also does more. It helps support a local nonprofit making a real difference in our community. Thanks to you, we’ve been able to work with groups such as the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation. If you would like to learn more about these organizations or how your support contributes, please don't hesitate to ask our staff or visit our website. We hope you’ll feel even more connected to the causes you care about.

When you order one of these drinks, you become part of that story. You help give shoes to kids, support research that brings hope to families, and stand behind groups working for fairness and justice. That’s customer service too—the kind that starts in our café and goes much further.

For us, service means supporting our guests, our team, our city, and the causes we care about. We believe that when many people share small acts of kindness, they can create real and lasting change.

This week, as we celebrate National Customer Service Week, we would like to take a moment to thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your mornings, coffee breaks, celebrations, and even your toughest days. Thank you for being part of a community that shows service is more than a transaction. It’s something we share together.

With gratitude,
Mother Roast
