Many of our coffees are grown organically, but not all carry an organic certification. While some coffees are certified and labeled organic, others are grown on organic farms but may not have certification due to the complexities and costs of the certification process. Rest assured, we prioritize sourcing coffee that aligns with sustainable and responsible farming practices.

Our coffee is roasted to order in small batches, ensuring every bean is handled with care for peak freshness and flavor. Small-batch roasting allows us to control quality at every step, bringing out the delicate nuances and rich profiles of our carefully sourced beans. By roasting close to the shipping date, we guarantee a brew that highlights the exceptional quality of our coffee.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible after roasting to ensure ultimate freshness. However, please note that holidays, increased order volumes, or other unexpected circumstances may occasionally impact shipping times. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend upgrading to expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery.

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for retail merchandise. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, unopened, and in their original packaging. Coffee and other consumable items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Use the self-serve return option on our website or email us at orders@mothershipcoffee.com with your proof of purchase, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason. If approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item.
