About: Café Sierra Azul began in 2010 and unites over 200 small coffee growers from 14 communities around Mexico’s El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. This cooperative empowers its members through sustainable farming, social initiatives, and local nurseries, creating opportunities that help keep families together. Many of these farmers began their journey through challenging work in the U.S., and this cooperative represents their strength, unity, and resilience.
