ORIGIN & STORY
From: Arte Divino Cooperative, Montecristo de Guerrero, Chiapas, Mexico
About: Grown in the highlands of Chiapas, this coffee comes from the Arte Divino Cooperative, formed in 2020 by 27 producers in Montecristo de Guerrero. After years of working alongside organizations like INIFAP, these growers united to elevate their craft and strengthen their communities through sustainable, organic practices. With the guidance of Erwing Iturbe, founder of Arte Divino Café, the co-op has expanded market access, improved quality standards, and boosted incomes for farming families.
Cultivated across 177 hectares using a variety of Arabica cultivars, this coffee reflects the region’s rich biodiversity and commitment to environmental stewardship. Every bean is grown under controlled shade, processed with care, and milled in Nayarit before export, ensuring traceability, quality, and consistency in every batch.
