About: Sourced from the highlands of Chiapas, our Mexico - Grapos Altura comes from the Grupo de Asesores de Producción Orgánica y Sustentable (GRAPOS), a trusted co-op known for more than just great coffee. GRAPOS works across the municipalities of Unión Juárez, Cacahoatán, and Tapachula, supporting its member farmers through nursery investments, crop diversification, and community-building programs, including women’s artisan collectives and mushroom cultivation projects.
With 8 regional warehouses that help reduce transport costs and a commitment to paying farmers promptly at delivery, GRAPOS continues to set the standard for sustainable, people-first production.
