Where and when you drink a coffee has a large impact on the cup itself. Imagine that you are sitting at a quiet campsite in the mountains. The air is brisk and cold, and there is a slight dusting of snow on the ground. Your fingertips and toes are numb, and your nose won't stop running. You have three layers and a beanie on, and you are huddled close to a fire.
Or, perhaps, imagine you are cozily bundled up in a warmly lit sitting room. A jazz record is playing softly in the background. A fire gently crackles in the fireplace. Through the window, you see snow falling. All is calm and peaceful.
It is here that you want a cup of Fireside.
This blend was handcrafted for the colder months. Two washed-processed coffees, one from Colombia and one from Costa Rica, were brought together to produce a comforting and full-bodied coffee. This blend is meant to be a source of internal warmth when the weather around is frigid. It has a lasting, dark-chocolate-like finish with an orange-peel-like acidity and a spicy note reminiscent of clove.
