Roasted slightly darker than our Peru Penachi, this coffee delivers a hefty body, a full and smooth mouthfeel, and a lasting finish. Its bold flavor profile, featuring notes of dark chocolate and caramel, makes it an excellent choice for espresso while also shining as a drip coffee.

We taste: Baker's Chocolate, Rich Caramel

Consistency is key.

Ballast espresso is my definite go to for the past two years now. I buy it in bulk because I found mothership when I lived in Vegas, but recently moved to California. It’s not only a great deal but the consistency of the taste and the smell is what I love. I’ve never had a bad batch and will remain faithful to this blend.
