Roasted slightly darker than our Peru Penachi, this coffee delivers a hefty body, a full and smooth mouthfeel, and a lasting finish. Its bold flavor profile, featuring notes of dark chocolate and caramel, makes it an excellent choice for espresso while also shining as a drip coffee.

Smooth

The beans I’ve ordered from this company produce the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had at home. This particular roast is nice and smooth. Not as chocolaty and dark as dark galaxy which is my favorite so far, but great for everyday.

Consistency is key.

Ballast espresso is my definite go to for the past two years now. I buy it in bulk because I found mothership when I lived in Vegas, but recently moved to California. It’s not only a great deal but the consistency of the taste and the smell is what I love. I’ve never had a bad batch and will remain faithful to this blend.
