2025 was filled with them.

Customer service can sound like a simple phrase, but to us, it has always meant care. It means listening. It means showing up with patience and warmth, even on the busiest days. And this year, you met us there every step of the way.
That’s why it felt incredibly meaningful to be voted Best Coffeehouse and recognized for Best Customer Service in the 2025 Best of Las Vegas Awards. We see those honors not as a finish line, but as a reflection of what happens when a community and a team move together with intention.
Behind the scenes, we talk about you more than you might expect. The regular who waves before they reach the counter. The guest who brings a friend in and says, “This is my place.” The first-time visitor who leaves feeling like they belong. These moments shape us. They teach us how to be better.
Every year brings growth, but this one brought gratitude. Gratitude for the trust you place in us. Gratitude for the conversations shared over coffee. Gratitude for the way you allow our cafés to be part of your daily life.
