
This low-grown, naturally processed coffee showcases a smooth milk-chocolate sweetness with notes of hazelnut and nougat. This coffee is grown by Dr. Fabio Araujo Reis, his two sons, and thirty-five year-round employees. The coffee itself is harvested mechanically, and dried on rotational machines which maintain constant airflow with a combination of cold and warm air.
