As a part of the Café Femenino program, this Guatemalan coffee is grown, harvested, processed, and sold/traded by the women of the families and communities in which it comes from. The Café Femenino coffee program was created in 2004 by 464 women in northern Peru, and now exists in various coffee growing regions worldwide. It is aimed at ending the cycle of poverty affecting women in the coffee growing community, providing education, and helping roasters around the world give back a bit more to the hands which harvest their coffee.

A perfect introduction to our line of single origin coffees, this roast brings out the playful, candy-like acidity present in milk chocolate. The lighter body and clean mouthfeel bring out subtle notes of wildflower sweetness, without carrying heavy floral notes. We typically recommend this as a versatile breakfast coffee.
