Our Ethiopia Tega and Tula roast gets its name from the two nearby villages of Tega and Tula in Kaffa, Ethiopia where the beans are grown. The farm is part of the Kaffa bio-reserve and grows primarily Ethiopian varieties and cultivars that were released in the late 1970's, along with wild coffee from the Kaffa forests. It's flavors include raspberry, orange and caramel, with a strong tart acidity and a long, sweet aftertaste!
